Four-time winner of the AHA NSW Award for Best Redeveloped Hotel, Nick has also won a multitude of industry awards spanning Best Marketing & Promotional Concepts, Best Casual Dining, Best Bottle Shop/Retail Outlet, Best Steak, and many more.

Nick’s proven expertise crosses all facets of the hotel industry, having also spent two years working with casino consultants fine tuning his knowledge and expertise in service, gaming room design, configuration and product mix.
