Lucinda Dowling Black, a seasoned fourth generation Publican, regarded for her strategic direction and visionary leadership which has fostered the growth and high performance of a remarkable team of 120 employees at the Full Moon Hotel on Brisbane’s Northside.

Lucinda believes increased productivity, staff retention and healthy organisational wellbeing are achievable through purposeful recruitment, leading by example, and building a culture of respect, trust and accountability.

Lucinda is a Director of the Family Company continuing their 90 year legacy to the Hospitality Industry, with their Hotel operations spanning from the Northern Territory to WA, NSW & QLD, along with an e-commerce business, Champagne Gallery.
She sits on the State Board of the Queensland Hotels Association (QHA), the peak industry body representing and supporting Queensland’s hotel and hospitality sector.

Lucinda is also the co-founder of Business Unplugged, a women-in-business network based on Brisbane’s North, created to foster meaningful connection, peer support, and professional growth among female leaders and entrepreneurs.
