Luke Redington has been working in the hospitality industry since 2008. Over this time, his career has taken him to multiple countries, having the good fortune to be able to work alongside numerous incredible hospitality operators and assist in opening venues, working wine vintages, producing spirits, beers and global drinks strategies. He has spent the last three years as the Consultancy Director for Sweet&Chilli drinks agency. Prior to Swet&Chilli, he was part of the senior leadership team at Swillhouse. He is also a WSET Spirits accredited trainer.

 Luke’s main passions within the industry are creating education platforms, creative liquid strategies and staff meals. He has now joined the Momento Hospitality team as Group Beverage Manager.
