Daniel McBride has worked in the hospitality sector for over 15 years. Starting in pubs and clubs he made the move to small bars and restaurants before opening a string of his own ventures.

Having worked in multiple Sydney venues, Daniel made the move to London where he worked for six months. Returning to Sydney Daniel decided to go out on his own and opened Golden Gully (Leichhardt). He then opened and operated The Sunshine Inn (Redfern), Enmore Country Club (Enmore) and Daniel also acquired the little guy (Glebe). He then made the jump to pubs, revamping and opening The Bat and Ball (Redfern) in August, 2024.

Daniel is passionate about locally sourced products, high quality, friendly service and sustainability wherever practical. These beliefs are strongly instilled in all of his venues past and present.
