John James has spent more than a decade in the hospitality industry, combining hands-on operational experience with a strong background in technology. Over that time, he has founded several hospitality technology businesses, most recently Hospitelligence and TakeSheet.

Hospitelligence is an AI-powered operating platform that gives pubs and clubs greater visibility and control – turning complex venue data into clear insights and action, automating workflows, and reducing administrative burden so teams spend less time managing systems and more time serving customers and delivering great experiences.

TakeSheet removes one of hospitality’s most time-consuming daily headaches: financial reconciliation. By simplifying the process from daily takings through to journal posting, it reduces errors and saves venues significant time every day.
