Kate MacDonald is the Senior Vice President of the JLL Hotels & HospitalityInvestment sales team focusing specifically on the sale of hotel (pub) assetsin the NSW metropolitan and regional market. ​

With 25 years of experience at the coalface of the NSW hospitality industry,Kate brings a unique perspective to hotel investment sales. Prior to her 10years in brokerage, she owned and managed several Sydney pubs andprovided financial and operational consultancy services to some of the mosthigh-profile publicans in NSW. This firsthand experience as both owner-operator and trusted advisor gives her unparalleled insight into theoperational and financial drivers of successful pub investments.​

More recently, Kate has achieved significant success in the Sydney market,including managing the divestment of some of the longest held and mosticonic pubs in Australia. Her deep industry knowledge and extensiverelationships throughout the NSW hospitality sector position her as a keyadvisor for clients navigating this specialized asset class.​

As part of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality platform, Kate contributes to the firm’sleadership position in Australian hospitality investment sales across the NSWmarket.​
