Chris is the head of Strategy for Example, a culture practice that specialises in creating captivating places. Having started his professional career as a food writer, he graduated into the world of digital marketing, branding, advertising and has taken that breadth of experience into the world of placemaking. Having recently led the strategy for the Whitsundays newest 5-star luxury resort, a re-imagining of one of Sydney’s most iconic pubs and a breadth of other places in-between.

A professional cynic, and advocate for real people, not the pen-portrait imaginings of people, Chris has plied his craft on some of the biggest brands in the world including Afterpay, Pernod Ricard, Palmer’s, PwC, Reckitt Benckiser and Diageo.
