Elliot Solomon is the CEO of family-owned hospitality group, Solotel, which operates 27 pubs, bars and restaurants across Sydney and Brisbane. Venues include Opera Bar, Barangaroo House, The Abercrombie, Golden Sheaf Hotel, Albion Parramatta, Bank Hotel Newtown, Aria, North Bondi Fish and more.

Elliot is a fervent supporter of Sydney’s nightlife. He believes in the importance of hospitality venues within society as places that help to facilitate cultural change, where all walks of life can meet, share, connect.

The fourth generation of a family business which has owned pubs in Sydney for more than 100 years, Elliot’s goal as CEO is to continue Solotel’s legacy as a leader in hospitality.
