Holly Mcmahon’s journey in hospitality began at 16, taking her through 5-star hotels, nightclubs, and restaurants across the UK. In 2014, she made the move to Australia, joining Applejack Hospitality in 2021. Over the last 3 years, Holly had rapidly ascended through the ranks, progressing from General Manager at Forrester’s to her current role as Operations Manager overseeing Forrester’s, Taphouse, and SoCal. 

 Holly’s love for the industry stems from the ever-changing nature of her role and the chance to forge connections with incredible people. She enjoys working across dynamic venues and unleashing her creativity while making a substantial impact on the company. For Holly, it’s all about fostering relationships and helping others grow into great leaders.
