Jacqui Corbett is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 16 years in senior leadership, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Momento Hospitality. Her career has been shaped by her work with iconic venues and leaders in the industry, providing a solid foundation to bring to the teams in her charge.
Uniquely positioned with a 360-degree view of the hospitality, Jacqui’s diverse background across multiple functions—including Operations, Training and Development, Human Resources, Marketing, and Event Sales—has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of hospitality from all angles.
Her journey with The Keystone Group opened the door to her first Group Operations role with small but dynamic group Drink n Dine in 2012. Australian Venue Co. (AVC) acquired Drink n Dine in 2016 , which saw Jacqui transition to an Area Manager role, navigating the rapid expansion of AVC’s Sydney portfolio and deepening her expertise in Group Operations, Marketing, Training and Human Resources.
Her next major career move was to The Sydney Collective in 2019, where she started in Group Operations and later became Chief Operating Officer, helping to guide the company through the post-pandemic landscape.
February 2023 she joined Momento Hospitality, drawn by the Colosimo family’s strong values and passion for hospitality. As COO, she is dedicated to helping leaders grow, building exceptional teams, and creating unforgettable guest experiences to drive business performance.
