Joel is an accomplished industry professional with more than 20 years’ experience leading successful hotels with a diverse array of business models. He joined Redcape in 2008 and leads the operations across its portfolio of 40 venues, which employ more than 1,200 staff.

Guided by his deep industry experience, Joel has a hands-on approach to leadership. He is acutely focused on performance and the impact that strong leadership and people development can have on the longevity of its relationships with its staff and customers, and ultimately, to deliver value growth.
