Joshua Green is the Group General Manager of East Coast Collective, overseeing the long-term financial success of the company with a focus on capex projects, acquisitions, cash flow management and most importantly, venue operations and their performance.
Joshua’s earlier career has been shaped by senior management roles within some of Australia’s most respected hospitality businesses including Merivale, Laundy Hotels, and The Marlow Hotel Group, where he was able to build his wealth of knowledge and leadership skills working alongside some of the industry’s most intelligent publicans.
This breadth of experience has played a defining role in shaping Joshua’s approach to hospitality leadership. He is known for combining strong commercial acumen with a people-first mindset, focusing on team development, culture, and delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences. His ability to adapt insights from different experiences and translate them into practical, scalable outcomes has been central to his success.
