With a decade of experience in the technology and corporate sectors, Lauren is well-versed in assisting organisations with a range of incident responses and guiding crisis management to protect reputation. Lauren has worked with dozens of clients across sectors to respond to sensitive and high-profile breaches, including restaurant chains, major charities, lenders and other financial services providers and a range of healthcare providers.

Beyond incident response, Lauren has a strong focus on data breach preparation. She regularly facilitates simulations with executive teams and boards to test and hone their communications strategy, to help ensure they are ready to protect their reputation during a real incident.
