Mark Condi joined Duxton in January 2024 as CEO of Duxton Pubs, bringing extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to this, he was Group General Manager – Commercial at Merivale and spent several years as CEO of Bankstown Sports Club, where he led significant growth and development.

Mark is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building high-performing, engaged teams. Known for his strategic insight, operational excellence, and people-focused leadership, he continues to drive innovation and success across Duxton’s expanding pub portfolio.
