Scott started in nightclubs as a teenager some 30 years ago, then spent 12 years in the UK helping Walkabouts grow from 5 to 50 venues.

In 2009 he bought a share in his first venue and helped grow iconic brands such as Belles Hot Chicken, Mamasita and Welcome to Thornbury to a portfolio of 21 venues in 12 years with 100 Burgers Group. Now he is helping the highly ambitious Kickon Group grow their portfolio of seven venues in Victoria and Queensland.
