Tess has spent the last 15 years within industries experiencing drastic transformation. As the General Sales Manager of Village Roadshow’s home entertainment arm, she guided clients and internal teams through the monumental shift from physical to digital media. More recently, Tess was responsible for overseeing and driving growth for Afterpay’s largest accounts as the buy now pay later industry revolutionised the way in which consumers pay. Tess joined me&u as she feels passionate about the role technology can play in improving hospitality businesses, as well as the consumer experience in venues.
