Tim Fitzgerald is Chief Operating Officer of Sonnel Hospitality, where he leads the group’s operational strategy and oversees the continued growth of its food, beverage and accommodation portfolio across Sydney.

With more than two decades of experience in Australia’s hospitality industry, Tim has held executive leadership roles with some of the country’s most respected operators, including CEO of Morris Hospitality and senior positions with Merivale and Keystone Group. His expertise spans venue operations, strategic growth, food and beverage innovation, accommodation, and large-scale hospitality developments.

Today, Tim is spearheading Sonnel Hospitality’s ambitious redevelopment pipeline, delivering community-first destinations that combine exceptional dining, contemporary accommodation and memorable entertainment experiences. Passionate about creating venues that become the heart of their local communities, he is helping redefine the role of the modern Australian pub while setting new benchmarks for hospitality in one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions.
